Underneath many a bed

Oh the panic buying has made history
It’s enough to quicken the heart
Tighten up the butt cheeks
Now one is not too game to fart!

Ah but rewind back in time
Back then we just made do
Newspaper threaded on a string
Once hung in every outdoor loo

The corona virus caused much panic
But not at all right here
I’ll just grab some gum leaves
